The Villa Chochikukyo

A series of abstract paintings offering a personal interpretation of Chochikukyo, a Kyoto villa designed by architect Koji Fujii in 1928. This pictorial exploration expresses the sensory resonance of the house through color tones, vertical and horizontal stripes, and the use of color. The choice of a small, single-format paper enhances the intimate nature of the series.
